PPF + Window Tint Installer
We are looking for an expert-level installer who is highly skilled in both Paint Protection Film and automotive window tint. This position is for someone who can work independently, maintain high standards, and consistently complete professional-quality installations.
Production-based compensation with minimum-pay protection when required.

You do not need PPF experience to qualify for this position. Come in with the window tint skill you already have and qualified installers can cross-train in Paint Protection Film. Expanding your skill set gives you access to additional types of work and greater earning potential.

You do not need window tint experience to qualify for this position. Come in with the PPF skill you already have and qualified installers can cross-train in automotive window tint. Adding another installation skill opens additional production opportunities and greater earning potential.

This is not a position built around waiting for future demand. We already have PPF customers and installation volume and are looking for qualified talent to help us complete the work.

Professional tint or PPF experience is not required for the apprentice position. Work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.

Valid Driver’s License
A current valid driver’s license is required. Team members may need to move or operate customer vehicles as part of normal shop workflow.

Our workflow uses CRM software, digital job documentation, cutting software, patterns, plotters, and other technology throughout the installation process.
